  • Summer Internships

    Our Summer Internship Program gives students ages 15–22 the opportunity to gain real-world experience by working hands-on in local nonprofit organizations. Over the course of six weeks, interns are placed in roles that align with their interests — from youth programs and media to business operations and community outreach.

    This internship is more than a summer job — it’s an on-ramp to leadership, professionalism, and purpose.

    Hands-On Learning
    You’ll join a nonprofit team where you’ll shadow, serve, and lead. From planning events and leading youth programs to learning admin skills, you’ll gain real experience that builds your confidence—and your resume.

    Weekly Trainings & Team Sessions
    Each week, you'll grow through empowerment sessions focused on leadership, time management, professionalism, and finding your purpose.

    Duration: 6 weeks

    Ages: 15–22

    Hours: Part-time (flexible based on department placement)

    Location: Based in Springfield, MA

    Eligibility: Open to all youth motivated to grow and serve. Priority given to returning applicants and Zeal-affiliated youth.
